Employees Attire:
It is mandatory that our employees will wear custodial uniforms while working at our customer’s facilities. HQCS employees are expected to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
HQCS will provide all employees with suitable photo IDENTIFICATION to include employee name and name contractor. ID is required to be worn by the employee at all times when on customer’s properties and in a conspicuous location on their person (i.e. around the neck, clipped to a front shirt pocket, etc.) that can be easily seen by our customers.
Employees Background Checks:
HQCS, as a routine business practice or policy, performs background checks on all employees hired and that is our practice or policy not to hire people with a criminal record
Drug & Alcohol Policy:
High Quality Cleaning Services Services has established this policy to comply with applicable federal State, local alcohol and drug related laws plus regulations as well as to protect the company’s assets along with reputation among its customers and shareholders. The use or possession by any employee or sub-contractors of alcoholic beverages, drugs if drug paraphernalia in company business, company property, while operating company equipment or while on customers premises, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
The company may conduct searches and or tests of employees or sub-contractors for the purpose of determining such personnel using alcohol or drug in violation of this policy. Searches and drug or alcohol test may be initiated randomly and without prior notice.
Any employee or sub-contractor who, as a result of confirmed “positive” test result, is found to have consumed alcohol in violation of this policy regardless of where such substance was consumed, will be subject to discipline up to and including discharge of loss of contract even for the first offense. This policy shall in no way limit the company’s right, at any time, to terminate or otherwise discipline an employee due to reasonable suspicion.
It is also part of this Drug & Alcohol that in order to qualify to perform, and to perform services for the customer, the company and its employees and other shall comply with this policy. In the event of conflict, the applicable law shall apply.
The Company President may modify this policy at any time.
