Cleaning Services

Entrance, Reception Areas, Halls and Common Areas

Nightly:

·  Finger marks and spoilage will be wipe cleaned from entrance glass and metal.
·  All entrance mats and carpeted floors will be thoroughly vacuumed and spot clean as
    necessary.
·  Trash receptacles will be emptied. Liners will be replaced as necessary
·  Hard surface floors will be sweep and damp mopped to remove any stain or spillage.
·  All desktops, files, chairs, tables and other furnishings will be dusted.
·  Hard surfaces floors will be thoroughly wet mopped.

Monthly:

·  High partition ledges, picture frames, window ledges, moldings, blinds and corners will
    be dusted.
·  Cobweb and lint will be removed from high corners, behind doors and air vents,
·  Low ledges, baseboards, and chair rungs will be dusted.
·  Hard-to-reach areas of carpeting will be thoroughly detail vacuumed.
·  Door kick plates and thresholds will be cleaned and polished.
·  Hard surface floors will be buffed.
·  All windows blinds dust.

General Office and Work Areas

Nightly:

·  Trash receptacles will be emptied. Liners will be replaced as necessary.
·  All areas of carpeted floors will be vacuumed thoroughly and spot cleaned as necessary.
·  Hard surfaces floors will be dust mopped and damp mopped to remove any stain or
    spillage.
·  Finger marks and spillage will be wipe cleaned from door offices and partitions glass.
·  Drinking fountains will be cleaned, disinfected and polished.
·  Telephones will be wiped clean.
·  All desktops, files, chairs, tables and other furnishings will be dusted.
·  Computers, printers, and telephones will be dusted

Monthly:

·  Hard-to-reach areas of carpeting will be thoroughly vacuumed.
·  Vertical surfaces of desk, chairs, file cabinets, windowsills, picture and other office
     furnishings will be dusted.
·  High partition ledges, picture frames, window ledges, moldings, vertical blinds and
    corners will be dusted.
·  Cobweb and lint will be removed from high corners, behind doors and air vents.
·  Low ledges, baseboards, and chair rungs will be dusted.

All Restrooms Areas

Nightly

·  All toilets, urinals and washbasins will be cleaned and disinfected, inside and outside
    to include dry polishing all chrome or stainless steel fittings.
·  Trash receptacles will be emptied. Liners will be replaced every day.
·  All Restrooms supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and plastic trash
    liners will be placed in the proper dispenser from stock.
·  Floors will be wet mopped, sanitized and thoroughly rinsed with disinfectant.
·  Sanitary napkin receptacles will be emptied and disinfected.
·  Mirrors and framing will be cleaned and polished.
·  All stainless steel will be treated with approved stainless steel treatment.
·  Spot clean doors and kick plates to remove smudges or dirt.

Monthly:

·  Privacy walls and partitions will be wipe down, disinfected and sanitized.
·  Perform high dusting, including cobweb and lint removal from high corners, behind doors and ceiling air vents.

Break Areas

Nightly:

·  Countertops and sinks will be wiped clean and disinfectant, to include dries polishing
     of all chrome or stainless steel fixtures.
·  All tables and chairs will be wiped clean.
·  Hard surfaces floors will be dust mopped and damp mopped.
·  Trash receptacles will be emptied. Liners will be replaced each day.
·  Drinking fountains will be disinfected and polished.
·  Microwaves will be cleaned and disinfected, both inside and outside.
·  Dishes will be washed (coffee pots and mugs ONLY) and allowed to dry in the dish      
    drain.

Weekly:

·  Soiled waste receptacles will be wiped clean and sanitized, as necessary.
·  Area will be thoroughly disinfected for proper sanitation.
·  All stainless steel will be treated with approved stainless steel treatment.
·  Cobweb and lint will be removed from high corners behind doors and air vents.
·  Spot clean doors and kick plates to remove any smudges and dirt.

Miscellaneous

Nightly:

·  All doors will be locked after the service every night.
·  All lights will be turning them off when leaving.
·  The alarm will be set (if the bldg has one)
·  Janitorial closet will be in order and clean (This reflects how the cleaning crew cleans your
    place.)

Monthly:

· All Hard surface floors will be buffed as part of this agreement
